Richard Pickler

Richard Pickler was an architectural designer and conceptual engineer whose career spanned the United States and Japan—during which he designed projects of significant scope and sustainable vision.

Richard attended the University of Florida, where he earned his Master of Arts in Architecture. He designed within the academic context—communicating his own clear knowledge by teaching architectural design to other students—before Japan became a way of life.

Japan allowed Richard to employ his skills in a previously unforeseen context. Expanding outside the traditional practice of corporate architecture, he continued in the tradition of his thesis, serving his craft by creating conditions to be seen and felt using extreme theoretical applications.

Richard’s professional work was published by several academic publications and appeared in trade publications dedicated to the discovery of incredible design and outstanding function—intrinsic fundamentals of his practice.
